First State Community Bank Project
Our Civil Engineer, Mark McKlin, partnered with the President of First State Community Bank in Perryville to remove a public storm sewer outfall on the Bank property which was causing flooding in the parking lots. He consulted with MoDOT for a new storm sewer to outfall in MoDOT right-of-way. He worked with the City of Perryville through construction, and planning future maintenance for the new storm sewer. Construction plans for the removal and replacement of sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, underground gas line, drainage structures, light standards, signage, landscaping, ADA pedestrian facilities and storm sewer were designed. Construction plans for a new storm sewer under and through the Bank property including details, profiles and specifications.
The Bank President, Dennis Bohnert, who oversaw the project, was very pleased with our work, and said, “Mark McKlin walked us through the entire process. He made himself easily available, took care of all the paperwork with the city and state, and worked hand-in-hand with Brockmiller Construction to complete the project in a timely manner.” We truly appreciate First State Community Bank for giving us the opportunity to work on this local project.
